Our Futures is a project by Bounce Cinema & Retro Africa, championing storytellers from the UK to Nigeria. Through a programme of training, screenings & live events communities will discover new work and access exclusive opportunities.

Training Programme
A cohort of up to 20 creatives from the UK & Nigeria will receive exclusive access to film education & training. Participants will be given the opportunity to build international relationships whilst learning from industry professionals.
A free micro-film school supported by the British Council, fostering digital exchange between artists from Nigeria and the United Kingdom. 20 film and visual artists (10 from the UK and 10 from Nigeria) will take part in a virtual training programme together. The program intends to enhance the learning opportunities available within the Black British and African arts & film industry.
This programme is focused on filmmaking, visual arts & distribution.

Our Futures: Talent Programme is aimed at storytellers, artists & creatives who are interested in learning about the world of filmmaking.
As part of the application below, you’ll be providing information on your creative background and why you would like to be a part of this programme.
